RKG Ghee, a leading brand, is manufactured by M/S. R.K. Ganapathi Chettiar, was established in the year 1932 in Kangeyam, Tamilnadu. The founders of the company were Mr. R. Arumugam Chettiar, S. Krishnappa Chettiar and N. Ganapathi Chettiar. With the vision of our founders, RKG Brand Agmark Ghee has found a prominent place in the hearts of millions of people in Tamilnadu and Kerala.
The company is presently headed by Mr. A. Arunachalam, Managing Partner
,who has vast experience in the ghee manufacturing industry for over 50
years. Mr.A. Arunachalam is the President of Tamilnadu Butter & Ghee
Merchants Association.
RKG Ghee enjoys a formidable market share in the middle east and South
east Asian countries. RKG Ghee is known for its traditional flavor and
excellent quality and divine purity.
RKG Ghee has won the prestigious Rashtriya Gourav Award from the Government of India. RKG Ghee is also a member of National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC)
RKG has the manufacturing capacity of 150 to 200 metric tons of pure ghee per month. The pure ghee exports occupies 12% share of the overall sales. The company is looking forward to expand its wings into Karnataka and Andra Pradesh.
