Quality and Service

The secret of RKG Ghee's success is maintaining consistency in manufacturing quality ghee and delivering unparelled service to the customer. In RKG. ghee quality control measures are followed right from the raw material (butter) to the final product (packed pure quality ghee).

Pre Production Ghee Quality Check
Ghee Quality check is done at every stage of processing. First, the butter purchased is checked in the microbiological lab for bacterial and fungal presence. Only if it has passed through the microbiological tests, the stock will be taken for production

Post Production Ghee Quality Check
After the ghee is manufactured the processed ghee goes through stringent AGMARK tests conducted by the State AGMARK Grading Laboratory. Each batch of production goes through the AGMARK test procedure for quality before ghee is sent to the market.

Packaging
RKG Ghee is packed in airtight containers and foil sealed to meet international standards. RKG Ghee comes in AGMARK packaging right from 20 ml sachets to 15 ltr tins. For exports the packing is carried out according to the country specific contract requirements.

Labeling and Marking
The following information is shown in English and/or regional languages on the sides of the container in letters.
1. Name of product
2. Date of manufacture (day, month, year)
3. Net Weight of Ghee
4. Traceable Barcode
All the ghee packs are clearly marked with permanent waterproof ink.
